Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a customer service representative in Mount Isa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, processing transactions, and promoting our products.

About the Role
  • You will be involved in all aspects of our operations, including welcoming and assisting customers at the rental counter.
  • Completing rental transactions, bookings, and contracts is also a critical part of this role.
  • Promoting our services and ensuring that vehicles are inspected and cleaned to company standards is essential.

This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer service, vehicle inspections, and cleaning duties. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • A full and valid Australian driver's licence is required.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays) is necessary.
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service is crucial.
