Job Title: Commercial Finance Analyst

This role involves working closely with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations to stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario analysis, forecasting, and business decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packs including P&L and KPI analysis for internal stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including rolling forecasts and long-term strategic planning.
  • Identify areas for cost savings and implement initiatives to drive efficiency.
  • Provide high-quality analytical support to senior management and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Finance Analyst (or similar role) ideally in product-focused or FP&A environments.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • CA or CPA preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills with high attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Experience with financial planning systems and data analytics tools is desirable.
