Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote positive outcomes and experiences
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Experience working in a surgical ward or similar setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- An estimated annual salary of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000
