- Coordinate theatre dates for elective surgery patients
- Manage short-notice cancellations and fill vacant slots efficiently
- Communicate with surgeons and patients to arrange appropriate surgery dates
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage waitlists effectively
- Develop strong relationships with clinicians and patients
- Stay organized and adapt to changing priorities
- Support the team through effective communication and problem-solving
- A comprehensive induction program and ongoing training
- Continuous support and collaboration with colleagues
