Water Treatment Technician Role Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Water Treatment Technician to fill a key position within our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing water treatment systems to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently.
  • Performing regular maintenance and servicing of water filtration systems to prevent contamination and ensure optimal performance.
  • Liaising with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service, ensuring complete satisfaction with the company's products and services.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work completed, including any issues encountered and resolutions implemented.
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A recognized qualification in a maintenance or repair trade, such as electrical or plumbing.
  • Previous experience in a field service position, preferably in the water treatment industry.
  • A valid Restricted Electrical or Plumbing Licence is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Techincal aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex systems.
