Job Title: Aviation Fuel Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused technician to join our team as an aviation fuel technician. This role will be responsible for maintaining and servicing aviation fuel infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • This is a dynamic, field-based role requiring regular travel to various airport locations across the country.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aviation fuel systems and equipment.
  • Assist with installation and commissioning of new fuel infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of service activities.
  • Collaborate with site teams and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in mechanical, electrical, automotive or fuel systems maintenance (aviation, automotive or relevant industry preferred).
  • Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Current driver's licence (HR or MR licence advantageous).
  • Relevant trade qualification (Mechanical Fitter, diesel Mechanic, Fabrication, Boilermaker etc.).
  • NMI certification for meter calibration (desirable but not essential).
