We are seeking an exceptional Cloud Infrastructure Lead to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our Engineering practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cloud infrastructure and driving innovation.

About the Role:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and operations of critical components like DNS, CDN, WAF, APIGateway, and GraphQL.
  • Ensure the reliability and stability of our traffic management technologies such as Akamai, Apigee, and Apollo.
  • Collaborate with Architects and Engineers to design, build, deploy, manage, and operate environments.
  • Coach and assist engineers to uplift capability and spread domain knowledge.
  • Evaluate all platform and service consumption to optimise costs.

About You:

  • You have strong skills with the following tech stack: Cloud - Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Domain Naming Systems - DNS, Certificate Management - SSL/TLS, APIGateway, Rest APIs, GraphQL APIs, DevSecOps, Observability Platforms.
  • You have specific experience aligning with our current state: Apigee - APIGateway, Apollo - GraphQL Federation, Cloud - Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Code - Powershell, Bash, C#, .NET Core, NodeJS, GoLang, CI - Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Infrastructure - Kubernetes (AKS / GKE), Terraform, Observability - App Insights, Dynatrace, Azure Log Analytics, Google Cloud Monitoring.
