Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist at Thrive Wellness, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment, with access to ongoing clinical supervision and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to clients.
- Client Communication: Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and reports.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Participate in multidisciplinary teams, contribute to case conferences, and engage in peer supervision and mentoring.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices, attend workshops and conferences, and engage in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Qualifications: AHPRA registration as a General Psychologist with Clinical Endorsement, a tertiary degree in Clinical Psychology, and a minimum of 12 months of private practice experience.
- Skills and Experience: Demonstrated experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adults, adolescents, children, and their families; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
