We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of the hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktail experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, as well as spirits, wine, and beer.
  • Create innovative and signature cocktails that showcase your creativity and skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the world of mixology.
  • Provide exceptional service and create genuine connections with our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation, attention to detail, and proactive attitude to meet the needs of our guests.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Cocktail Bartender or Mixologist in a high-end venue.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, cocktail making, and beverage production.
  • Creative flair and ability to innovate and think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Current RSA certificate.
