Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Mixologist Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.

About the Role

  • Prepare and serve drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage bar inventory, including stocking and maintaining cleanliness of the bar area.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring seamless service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the bar.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measuring ingredients and preparing drink orders according to specified recipes.
  • Issuing, opening, and serving wine/champagne bottles.
  • Servicing guests and handling cash transactions.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
  • Stocking supplies and maintaining storage areas.
