We are seeking a skilled beverage expert to deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences in our dynamic resort setting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Provide professional, friendly service while engaging with guests.
- Recommend drink pairings and upsell to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar area.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or hospitality environment.
- Strong product knowledge and confidence in mixing classic cocktails.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Current RSA certification is essential.
