Job Overview

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in the delivery of exceptional customer service while minimizing claims costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and motivate a team of dedicated claims consultants to maintain high standards of service and skills.
  • Prioritize and allocate team portfolios, managing workload effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and expertise on products, processes, and systems.
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to staffing decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Previous team leadership experience or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Candidate must possess a customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills.
