Job Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time or full-time Optical Dispenser to join our team at our Rowville practice in Melbourne.

About the Role

  • To provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
  • Communicate clearly with patients and visitors while ensuring their overall experience is positive.
  • Provide guidance on choosing frames that meet needs and look great, keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and fashion.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with standard optical procedures and excellent time management skills.

Requirements

  • Prior optical industry experience is preferred but not necessary, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • A willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Computer literacy is also crucial for managing our systems effectively.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and extra hours if required.
