Medical Imaging Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Technologist to join our team at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. As a key member of our Medical Imaging department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality MRI services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a diverse range of routine and complex MRI examinations to a high diagnostic standard.
- Demonstrate extensive technical ability, knowledge, and experience within all areas of MRI, including advanced techniques.
- Participate in an in-hours and out-of-hours roster across all MRI shifts, including on-call as required.
- Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Radiation or equivalent.
- National registration with AHPRA to practice as a Medical Imaging Technologist.
- Level 1 Accreditation or Post-graduate qualification in MRI.
- Demonstrated extensive or advanced clinical competency, knowledge, and experience in MRI.
- Ability to contribute effectively as a participative team member within a multidisciplinary team environment, promoting a positive and supportive culture.
- Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain.
