Catholic Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Worker to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Role

As a Community Worker, you will provide high-quality personalized care to our valued aged care clients in their own homes. Your services will include domestic assistance, meal preparation, respite, transport to appointments and shopping, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver domestic assistance such as basic housekeeping
  • Prepare meals for clients
  • Provide respite and companionship
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping
  • Assist with personal care
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous experience as a Home Care Worker
  • Australian driver's license and a reliable insured motor vehicle
  • Reliability and compassion for the elderly
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Evidence of Covid Vaccinations
