Aged Care and Disability Support Roles

We are seeking Support Workers to provide care and assistance to vulnerable individuals in their homes. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and mobility assistance
  • Assisting with domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Offering social support and facilitating community access
  • Supporting clients with physical or cognitive disabilities
  • Working with clients who have been involved in a transport accident to assist them in achieving their recovery goals

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to have a Certificate III in Individual Support or a Certificate IV in Ageing, Disability or Home and Community.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for caring and a professional attitude. They will also require a current Australian driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and a National Police Certificate.

We offer competitive hourly rates starting from $36. If you have experience working with TAC clients or people with complex support needs, this is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills.
