Hydraulic Fitter Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Fitter to join our team. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for the overhaul, repair and manufacture of replacement components including hydraulic cylinders, pumps and pump drives.

The ideal candidate will have a trade certificate in Fitting or Machining, with experience in component overhauls highly desirable. You will also need valid Forklift and Dogging Tickets, or be willing to obtain them prior to commencing.

In this role, you will work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety. You will also have access to training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overhaul, repair and manufacture of replacement components
  • Operate machinery and perform general workshop duties
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in Fitting or Machining
  • Experience in component overhauls highly desirable
  • Valid Forklift and Dogging Tickets
  • Previous use of safety and risk assessment tools such as Job Safety Analysis and Take 5's
