Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overhaul, repair and manufacture of replacement components including hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pumps and pump drives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overhaul, repair and manufacture of replacement components;
  • Operation of machinery and general workshop duties;

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Fitter or Machinist, Engineering);
  • Experience in component overhauls highly desirable; hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pumps and pump drives;
  • Hydraulic cylinder and pump disassembly and assembly experience;
  • Valid Forklift and Dogging Tickets is highly desirable;
  • Previous use of safety and risk assessment tools such as Job Safety Analysis and Take 5's;
  • Computer literate;
  • Positive attitude and great work ethic.
