Aviation professionals are invited to apply for a challenging opportunity as a Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. The role involves carrying out repairs and maintenance on aircraft and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for dismantling, inspecting, testing, repairing, and reassembling aircraft engines and subassemblies. They will also replace parts and subassemblies of airframes and maintain aircraft, ensuring they are airworthy at all times.
This full-time position requires the ability to interpret and analyse complicated information and put findings into practice. A Certificate III in Mechanical Aero skills is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Dismantle, inspect, test, repair, and reassemble aircraft engines and subassemblies of airframes.
- Replace parts and subassemblies of airframes.
- Replace and test aircraft oxygen system components.
- Maintain aircraft and carry out regular inspections.
