Skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and disciplined aircraft maintenance technician to join our team in East Sale, Victoria.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining aircraft through line maintenance and heavy maintenance;
  • Assembling parts and sub-assemblies of aircraft structure;
  • Conducting routine servicing of aircraft, including component replacements and fluid servicing;
  • Conducting routine pre-flight inspections of engines and propellers, aircraft mechanical systems and structure;
  • Ensuring that all maintenance carried out is certified correctly, in accordance with CASA regulations.

The essential requirements for this position include:

  • 3+ years' experience in mechanical maintenance on B300 aircraft;
  • Certificate IV/Diploma qualification with the ability to obtain a DASR license;
  • CASA license (B1) with type rating on B300;
  • Highly skilled and competent in aircraft mechanical system troubleshooting, repair, and installation of mechanical components;
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to follow supervisory direction;
  • Consistent positive and proactive attitude towards safety practices;
  • Valid work visa;
  • Red ASIC card or ability to obtain;
  • Current Australian driver's license.

Shifts will be primarily Monday to Friday day shifts, with some possible early/late & night shifts.

Additional qualifications required for this position include a strong commitment to flexible working arrangements and availability to work in East Sale.
