Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Home Care Assistant to provide personalized support and care for clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Your assigned tasks will be instructed by the registered nurse in the client care plan, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, dressing and toileting.
- Preparing meals tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance overall well-being.
- Transporting clients to appointments and social events, fostering social connections and community engagement.
- Monitoring clients' health and wellbeing, promptly reporting any changes to the RN.
- Accurately documenting services provided using our digital care platform.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in home care assistance or a related field.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Certification in Aged Care (Cert III) or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation with comprehensive insurance.
- A police check and working with children check.
