Job Title: Digital Content Developer

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing high-quality digital content and excellent technical skills in SharePoint, Visio, and DevOps.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining and developing content in SharePoint that supports Commission staff to effectively interact with business units.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and developing content in SharePoint, ensuring consistency in presentation and branding.
  • Assisting in the curation of Commission documentation and the team's digital asset library.
  • Developing site maps and site page templates.
  • Contributing to documenting the team's processes.
  • Responding to Service Desk requests and incidents.

The role requires strong technical competencies in producing high-quality digital content, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in an environment of change and ambiguity.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Ability to read, understand and interpret technical information to produce engaging digital content.
  • Ability to estimate time to complete technical requirements and report effectively.

  • Strong technical skills in SharePoint, Visio, and DevOps, or demonstrated aptitude in learning how to operate new technologies.
