About the Job:

This exciting opportunity will see you working in a state-of-the-art wellness center, where you'll be responsible for:

  • Generating leads through community outreach and events, as well as presenting our offerings and closing sales with confidence.
  • Representing us at local tradeshows and promotional events, ensuring we make a lasting impression on potential clients.
  • Managing CRM data accurately, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and member engagement.
  • Liaising with local businesses to build partnerships and promote services.
What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably within the fitness or wellness industries.
  • A natural drive and financial motivation to meet KPIs.
  • A well-presented and outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Computer literacy and CRM proficiency.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Full Australian working rights.
