For over a decade, the Adam Hompas Landscapes team has been enhancing outdoor spaces for clients throughout the bayside suburbs of Melbourne. Our team is a small group of highly skilled landscapers who take pride in delivering exceptional outdoor spaces to our clients.

Adam Hompas Landscapes specialises in the construction of sophisticated outdoor spaces, including expert hard and soft landscaping, as well as professional horticultural services.

Adam Hompas Landscapes is a licensed landscape builder and a member of Landscaping Victoria, an ambassador for mental well being, who pride ourselves on honesty, integrity can and quality craftsmanship to the highest standard.

**The position**
- Running a team of 2-3, reporting to business owner.
- Honest and open culture

- Have sound knowledge to cover all aspects of landscape construction including:

- Paving, Concreting, Deck and timber work, Feature screens, Retaining walls, Excavation, Drainage, Brick and block work, Stone work, Ground and soil preparation, Planting and Plant identification, PVC and poly pipe irrigation, Landscape lighting._

**Applicant must have**
- Certificate 3 in Horticulture (Landscape construction) or significant relevant trade experience
- Drivers license, reliable vehicle and some tools
- Ability to lead team members, do quantity take offs, plan out sequence of work.
- Ability to read and understand plan and specifications including R.L's
- Construction induction card
- Conscious OHS and onsite safety requirements
- Ability to work autonomously
- Rates will be offered and negotiated upon experience and knowledge to the right applicant.
- Uniform and PPE will be provided.

**Salary**: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Landscape technician: 5 years (preferred)
