Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Fund Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and working closely with our team to deliver exceptional service and meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with our team to identify and anticipate potential problem areas and develop solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage operational aspects of client accounts, including client invoicing and administrative, fiscal, and legal maintenance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with other service providers in the industry, including auditors, law firms, custodians, and trustees.
- Participate in internal projects and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements
- Fully qualified accounting professional (CPA, CA) with a university degree in Accounting & Finance.
- At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in accounting, tax, or audit.
- Knowledge of the Funds Industry, specifically Alternative Investment Funds (Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Funds), is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a requirement.
- Strong management and relationship skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
