Maintenance Person - Adelaide

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Facilities Specialist to join our team on a Full Time basis.

This role will allow you to utilise your knowledge and skills to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

The position is integral in ensuring that our residents are at the centre of everything we do, by providing exceptional professional and respectful service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining buildings, plant, equipment, gardens and grounds
  • Attending to all reactive and preventative maintenance across the villages
  • Coordinating trades and services to ensure repairs occur in a timely manner
  • Monitoring pest control

Requirements for this role include:

  • General all-round handyman / maintenance experience (carpentry, small plumbing like tap washing, paint touch ups and roofing)
  • Great communication skills
  • Trade Certificate or equivalent experience (desirable)
  • Experience in working within the retirement industry an advantage
  • Full Open Drivers Licence
  • National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain)
