Our client is a well-established FMCG company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join their dynamic team in the south of Perth area. If you have a background in warehouse operations, leadership experience, and a forklift license, we encourage you to apply for this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stock rotation to meet customer demands.
  • Manage order picking, packing, and dispatch processes to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to strict safety standards and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and occupational safety standards.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and oversee the use of warehouse equipment.
Requirements:
  • Forklift License (essential).
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control is a plus.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
