Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our roasting team as a Roastery Assistant.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch in an efficient manner.
  • Gain entry-level roasting fundamentals through training and support provided.
  • Drive and deliver coffee beans to our customers across Sydney, ensuring the best experience through safe handling and great communication.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene in the roastery and warehouse.
  • Support daily roastery operations to keep production moving on time and to a high standard.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role you will need:


  • A friendly manner and excellent communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • A full driver's license (forklift license is an added advantage).
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics or coffee industry is desirable.
  • Any trade, technical or mechanical experience would be highly valued.
