Insurance Investigator Career Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and high-performing individual to join our Investigations team as a Trainee Insurance Investigator.

This is a unique opportunity to start a successful career in insurance investigations and work for a leading national provider of investigation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and writing of formal reports and documents for clients;
  • Review investigator field notes;
  • Conduct enquiries and liaise daily with clients and investigators;
  • Ongoing investigations administration and support.
Requirements:

- Proven administration experience (1-2 years).

- An interest in investigations and/or law enforcement.

- Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities.

- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).

- Time management and organisational skills.

- Great customer focus and dedication.

- A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
