Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professional investigators to deliver high-quality investigation services
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Identify and address areas for improvement in investigation processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth
  • Proven experience in investigation or related field
  • Certificate III in Investigations (or equivalent)
  • Current Investigators Licence (or equivalent)
