People Operations Leader

The role of the People Operations Leader is to oversee the effective delivery of people operations services. This includes leading key projects to enhance the employee experience, managing payroll and coordinating end-to-end recruitment.

The team provides essential services including handling general HR enquiries and ensuring high-quality support and advice on all employment lifecycle matters.

This role focuses on building team resilience, inclusion and performance through leadership and emotional intelligence.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the accuracy and effectiveness of data input into the HR management system and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

To be successful, you'll have postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
