About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Plant Operator to join our Construction team at Borg Manufacturing. As a key member of our team, you will operate plant machinery to assist with property maintenance and construction of new facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate multiple earthmoving machines, including excavators, backhoes, and front-end loaders.
  • Assist with civil works, including installing stormwater drainage and pits, sewerage and service pipes.
  • Perform laser levelling and set up dumpy levels and pipe lasers.
  • Conduct rock hammering, excavation, trenching, piering, bulk excavation, and levelling.
  • Operate GPS final trim equipment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience operating earthmoving machines and relevant tickets.
  • Experience in all aspects of civil works.
  • Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card).
  • Current driving licence and own transport.
  • HC (Unrestricted) Licence (an advantage).
  • Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks.
