Job Description:

A great opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Tenant Services Manager to join our dynamic team at JLL. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and fostering positive relationships with retail and commercial tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication: Proactively communicate with tenants through various approved building media, ensuring seamless engagement across multiple levels within customer organisations.
  • Tenant Engagement Strategies: Lead the management team in developing site-specific tenant engagement strategies, incorporating events and communications to drive engagement.
  • Digital Platforms: Manage front-of-house digital platforms, including lift screens and directory boards, ensuring a cohesive and professional image.
  • Tenant Enquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant-related enquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • General Property Administration: Oversee general property administration tasks, such as invoice processing, arrears management, daily receipting and allocations, and raising ad-hoc tenant invoices.
  • Support to Site Team: Collaborate with the site team on new initiatives, including sustainability projects, events, tenant engagement, and other site activations.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with budget preparation, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, quarterly reports, and outgoings statements, adhering to the Retail Leases Act.
About You:

We're looking for an individual who excels in communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Prior experience in premium asset management or related fields is desirable, but not essential.

A sound computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are required, while a First Aid Officer certification (or willingness to undertake training) and Floor Fire Warden role are highly regarded.
