The Role - A Day in the LifeAs a Training Advisor within our Career Transition Assistance/JobLab contract, you will play a vital role in facilitating various training programs to help customers achieve their training and employment objectives. You will work closely with a team of experienced trainers to deliver interactive group activities, one-on-one coaching, and job search support.
You will be responsible for promoting ETC as a provider of high-quality and flexible employment services, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver training programs across the region, adhering to contractual and ETC guidelines.
- Design and facilitate engaging group activities to enhance customer learning experiences.
- Provide personalized coaching and job search support to customers.
- Market and promote ETC's services to potential clients and partners.
- Experience in interactive training delivery and administration.
- A current Driver's Licence.
- A current National Police Check.
- A current Working With Children Check or QLD Blue Card.
