We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Training Advisor - CTA/JobLab based at our Ipswich office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to empower students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver training programs across the region in accordance with contractual guidelines
  • Facilitate interactive group activities
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and job search support
  • Market and promote ETC as a provider of high-quality and flexible employment services

Criteria for Success:

  • Experience in interactive training delivery and administration
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • A current, clear National Police Check
  • A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
