Customer Service Team Member

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Collect trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas, ensuring that our store remains tidy and well-maintained.
- Rotate through various areas of the store, including customer service, sales, and stock replenishment, to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
