This is a pivotal role leading a multi-disciplinary team across HR, WHS, payroll, and organisational development.
The successful candidate will drive strategic workforce transformation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with the Mission, Vision, and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a high-performing People & Culture team.
- Drive strategic HR initiatives including performance, learning, and talent development.
- Oversee WHS systems and foster a proactive safety culture.
- Provide expert advice to executive leadership.
- Champion organisational change and workforce capability development.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 10+ years in senior People & Culture leadership roles.
- Proven success in leading change within complex organisations.
- Expertise in HR strategy, WHS, industrial relations, and payroll.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IR, Business or related field (postgraduate preferred).
- Valid Working with Children Check and a cleared National Police Check.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
