Job Title: People and Culture Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate our people and culture activities across the MidCoast, Mid North Coast and Northern River regions of NSW and SE QLD.

  • This is a full-time position based in Coffs Harbour, but we will consider part-time hours for a suitably qualified candidate.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end employment journey of our staff; ensuring our workplace community and culture are reflective of our workplace values.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve compliance and accuracy.
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating application forms and resumes.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Highly organised, efficient and effective individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
