We are seeking passionate Educators and Room Leaders to join our team in Perth.

As an Educator or Room Leader, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with other staff members to provide a safe, fun, and educational environment for our children. This includes providing day-to-day care, supervision, and education, contributing to the daily schedule, and creating positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality education and care to children aged 0-6 years
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve centre goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Duties include:

  • Collaborating closely with other educators to provide a safe, fun, and educational environment for our children
  • Providing day-to-day care, supervision, and education, contributing to the daily schedule
  • Creating positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and the community
  • Work in partnership with the Education Leader to deliver a high-quality educational program based on the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Requirements:

  • Diploma (or working towards), or ACECQA approved equivalent
  • A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A warm and caring personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance
  • Prior experience as a Room Leader or in the position of Responsible Person highly desirable
