Our ideal Educator will have:

  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be studying towards one
  • A current Working with Children Card
  • A complete Medical Clearance confirming fitness to work with children
  • Valid Australian Working Rights
  • The ability to build meaningful relationships with children and their caregivers
  • The willingness to learn and collaborate with others
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
