About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional IT professional to join our team as a Technical Infrastructure Specialist. As a key member of our MSP team, you will be responsible for providing onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to our customers across Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both Managed Services and the needs of mid-tier clients. You will be involved in occasional project work to deploy solutions, experience opportunities to install and configure Servers, Networking and other IT equipment, and be exposed to account management, VOIP, technical presales, and other areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to customers
  • Be involved in occasional project work to deploy solutions
  • Experience opportunities to install and configure Servers, Networking and other IT equipment
  • Be exposed to account management, VOIP, technical presales, and other areas
  • Work with experienced Engineers and Technical Account Managers to maintain best practice environments
  • Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems and software
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure and Office 365 environments coupled with generalist networking skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider (desired)
  • Must have a vehicle and full drivers license (mandatory)
