Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Home Support Caregivers to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will be providing support to individuals in their community and group homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily routines and skills such as community access, medication management, personal care, and domestic duties.
  • Manage accurate and detailed shift reports, incident reports, and progress notes.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • First Aid certificate
  • CPR certificate Current
  • Working with Children Check
  • COVID Vaccine Proof
  • ABN and bank Details
  • Current Police check (or willing to obtain)
  • Any relevant qualification
