Job Description:
We are excited to relaunch our venue in Everton Park with a brand-new Bistro, Beer Garden, and outdoor bar. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a fun and friendly atmosphere, and contributing to the success of our relaunch.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and menu items, making recommendations to customers when appropriate
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or gaming environment is preferred
- A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is required for all front-of-house positions
- RSG/RCG certification is required for Gaming Attendants
