The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery. This includes applying industry-standard project management methodologies, such as PMI or Agile/Scrum, to plan and deliver projects. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting. They will also manage project scope, timelines, requirements, and facilitate regular client engagements.

In order to be successful in this role, the candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of total project management experience, with experience in agile methodologies. They should also possess proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with enterprise open source solutions is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing metrics to measure project performance and implementing control/reporting procedures. They will also address change management and scope-related issues proactively. Furthermore, they will create and deliver high-quality project documentation and presentations.

Candidates must hold Australian Citizenship and an active Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) Security Clearance. They should also have 2-3 years of experience managing IT multiple projects within a Defence or National Security agency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
