Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior ICU Pharmacist to join our team in leading the clinical pharmacy and quality use of medicines services within the Intensive Care Unit.
This is a challenging opportunity for an advanced-level pharmacist to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care, collaborating with senior clinicians and developing quality improvement initiatives and research in intensive care pharmacy.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals as part of the 7-day clinical pharmacy service.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the hospital to manage critical care patients.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to medication management.
- Lead the clinical pharmacy team by providing leadership and direction.
- Maintain strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams across the hospital.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Postgraduate qualifications in hospital or clinical pharmacy.
- Current registration as a pharmacist with the relevant board.
- Advanced-level clinical practice in intensive care pharmacy.
