Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Quality Expert to join our team. As an Aerospace Quality Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the airworthiness and operational readiness of our airborne surveillance platform.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing our quality management system, ensuring alignment with defence aviation policies and regulatory requirements. This will involve maintaining ASCISPO DASR 21 Part C Organisation Approval and CASG ISO 9001:2015 Certification.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the quality management system to ensure compliance with defence aviation regulations.
  • Maintain organisation approval and certification to internationally recognised standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Hold NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance and be an Australian citizen.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in quality management and defence aviation safety regulations.
  • Demonstrated capability in quality auditing and managing compliance frameworks.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement with a collaborative approach across defence and industry.
