Candidate Profile:

We are seeking multiple Site Engineers to enhance our high-performing team. Your proven site and engineering experience will be crucial in:

  1. Providing engineering and technical assistance in collaboration with site supervisors.
  2. Working alongside subcontractors to ensure the timely execution of project activities.
  3. Delivering innovative solutions to intricate challenges while adhering to safety, environmental, and contractual standards.
  4. Overseeing quality assurance processes and managing procurement needs.
Ideal Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  3. Preferably two years of experience in civil infrastructure projects.
  4. A commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes, integrated into all aspects of work.
  5. A drive to achieve cost-effective results.
Additional Desirable Skills:
  1. Experience with major tier one or two contractors in similar roles.
  2. Familiarity with the Department of Transport and Main Roads.
