**Job Opportunity:** Partner, Teaching and Learning

We are seeking a highly skilled educator to take on the role of Partner, Teaching and Learning. As a key member of the teaching team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning and practice support and development to centre teams and the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a 4-year Early Childhood qualification from a recognised university, extensive experience in early childhood teacher education (aged birth to 8 years) and sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, other State based approved/recognised learning guidelines and the National Quality Standard.

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with centre teams to identify, develop and implement key practice uplift initiatives and strategies, supporting the implementation and centre-based improvement of the ERS, the NQS, the EYLF and other approved learning frameworks across your state.

You will also maintain currency and expert knowledge of ERS, NQF, NQS, EYLF, appropriate state learning frameworks and Australian Early Childhood Education and Care practice, working closely with cross-functional specialists to co-design, implement and monitor effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.

Your skills and expertise will be utilised to support the delivery of nationally consistent and targeted teaching and learning support, ensuring that every child has access to high-quality early childhood education and care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing teaching and learning programs that meet the needs of children and centre teams
  • Maintaining currency and expert knowledge of early childhood education and care practices and standards
  • Working collaboratively with centre teams to identify and develop key practice uplift initiatives and strategies

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

Qualifications: 4-year Early Childhood qualification from a recognised university

Experience: Extensive experience in early childhood teacher education (aged birth to 8 years)

Knowledge: Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, other State based approved/recognised learning guidelines and the National Quality Standard
