Job Title: Service Delivery Coordinator

Location: North Sydney
Contract Type: Casual
Work Hours: Rotating 12hr shift roster (including day and night shifts)


About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and delivering services to ensure they run safely on time and efficiently.

  • Act as the first point of contact for all stakeholders in your area of operations.
  • Enter detailed and quality data into our transport and labour management systems.
  • Direct the movement of our crews across your area to minimize crew travel in cars while ensuring minimal delay to our services.
  • Identify incidents and events that would cause our services to go off plan, and find the quickest and most efficient way to manage the disruption and return to the plan.
  • Provide exceptional customer service; build strong working relationships with all customers (internal and external).

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Monitoring and managing services to ensure they run safely on time and efficiently.
  • Providing support to train crew, network, maintenance, operations, and other teams.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders through various mediums.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A positive outlook and a keen desire to enter the rail industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Intermediate level computer skills, with experience in transport or labour management systems an advantage.
