Performance Testing Specialist Role

\

We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester to collaborate with our team in designing, developing, and executing performance test plans and test cases for cloud and on-premises applications.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Utilize cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure PaaS services, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Spark, Cosmos DB, and Azure Data Lake (Azure ELZ) for performance testing and optimization.
  • Work with Big Data technologies, Payments, Channel, Kafka, microservices Teradata, and Oracle to assess and enhance performance.
  • Manage batch processes and scheduling using Control-M scheduler.
  • Provide detailed performance analysis reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide team members on performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
